This is where I am right now:
I must deny myself & walk with the Heavenly Father,
For nothing is more important to me that the Heavenly Father & his word.
I am willing to take my cross.
Matthew 10:37-38
37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

Everybody's always wondering where you are going
& asking questions but you can't take everybody with you when you go,
everyone can't go where you go
& everybody don't want to go where you go
& everybody ain't going where you go.
You see there is a time for everything.
Everything must take its course.
Just like the seasons come & go
& the wether is ever changing
& like the flower, which starts as a small seed then blooms into something beautiful.
Just like people, one day they love you, the next, they won't even acknowledge you.
But the Heavenly Father will & has always been there, I can look back on my life & see that.
& I become overwhelmed with emotion and sometimes even disappointed,
for the way I treated him & went carelessly about my life, doing foolish things.
There are many reasons, why I... without a question, I will take my cross.

Ecclesiastes 3

1To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
 2A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
 3A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
 4A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
 5A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
 6A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
 7A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
9What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?
10I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.
11He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
12I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
13And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
14I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
15That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
16And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.
17I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
18I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.
19For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.
20All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
21Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?
22Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?

Praise his mighty name because he is truly worthy.
& he won't share his glory with anyone else.

He knows like no one else

The dreams the Heavenly Father gives us, all have messages in them.
Just like when the Heavenly Father gave Joseph the gift to interpret dreams.

I dream of unknown people.
But when I dream, there really are no stranger.
I know everyone.
Some I know in real life, others I do not.
In my dreams, I am excepted as I am
& people don't try to understand me, I just am.
Strangely, I am happy in my dreams.

I'm always half asleep. I'm a light sleeper.

So in my dreams I am happy & free, in another world
but then I wake up and reality tugs at me.
I have to lay in the bed for hours sometimes, because I try to go back to sleep.
So I can dream again. It is well known that, I LIVE IN MY HEAD!

Recently...The girl in my dream, didn't know why she was running,
she was just going, just because.
I told her the truth but, she believed whatever she wanted.
I saw an old man, he was happy where he was.
I think we should be happy for the dead, because they are resting.
They know nothing. The ''living'' are more dead than the dead.

Ecclesiastes 7:1 A good name is better than precious ointment,
and the day of death than the day of one's birth.  <----- Ain't that the truth!

My favorite dream, I'm still not sure what it means, if it has happened or not.
I was in a old church, it looked like an old southern log church. I was there with my mom and youngest sister. There were young men in the back of the church with us & A old pastor from a church I use to attend. We were sitting in the 2nd to last church pew, in the back of the church. The men were getting ready to go somewhere, I'm not sure where. They were putting on suits and ties. I got up from the pew and began to walk to the far back of the church, near where the men were. I noticed a white opened double glass door, it was strange because the church was old & the doors were new. I didn't think anything of it though. But I was wondering why no one else noticed this door. I was attracted to it because there was light shining through the white doors. I walked towards this door but I didn't go out side. I stood there looking and was amazed @ the beauty and the fact that the church was on water. There was no ground but there was only water and calm waves, an ocean. I closed my eyes for 3 seconds and took a deep breathe in, as I directed my face towards the light & soaked it in. I felt calm through the whole dream. Then I walked back to my pew. On the way there I stepped on the pastor's ankle, yes...his ankle! I stood there in silence because I thought he was going to say something rude and was going to be angry. (In real life I've been to this pastor's church, I never really cared for him or his church) He was quiet too. Then he burst out in laughter, I was laughing as well, nervously. I said sorry to him and he was saying it was okay, blah blah & blah. & I proceeded to my pew.

I do not know if this dream has already happened yet or what it may mean but I new it was significant, so I wrote it down when I had awakened.

I had a dream after that, I was also in an old southern style log church.

I 've also had a dream when I was 16. I had this dream before all the crazy stuff happened, that the dream was foretelling me would happen. I didn't realize it until I turned 18, what that dream actually meant. In fact, even after I had the dream I didn't ponder on it. Until one night, I was sitting on my bed and thinking about everything & then out of nowhere, it comes back to my mind, the dream. The Heavenly Father made me remember it.
The Heavenly Father was showing me what I was about to go through & in that dream, there was a lot of things that were symbolic, now I understand. I understand what he was trying to tell me & show me. I went through what I went through because I had to, but the Heavenly Father was showing me that no one would help me, be there for me, nor save me. Because they couldn't, only he, the Heavenly Father could.

Long story short, be attentive to the Heavenly Father & what he is trying to tell you.
& dreams are real, they come true!

This is how I feel today

Ecclesiastes 2:1-11

Pleasures Are Meaningless
1I said in mine heart, Go to now, I will prove thee with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also is vanity.
2I said of laughter, It is mad: and of mirth, What doeth it?
3I sought in mine heart to give myself unto wine, yet acquainting mine heart with wisdom; and to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was that good for the sons of men, which they should do under the heaven all the days of their life.
4I made me great works; I builded me houses; I planted me vineyards:
5I made me gardens and orchards, and I planted trees in them of all kind of fruits:
6I made me pools of water, to water therewith the wood that bringeth forth trees:
7I got me servants and maidens, and had servants born in my house; also I had great possessions of great and small cattle above all that were in Jerusalem before me:
8I gathered me also silver and gold, and the peculiar treasure of kings and of the provinces: I gat me men singers and women singers, and the delights of the sons of men, as musical instruments, and that of all sorts.
9So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me.
10And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour.
11Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 4:1-3
Oppression, Toil, Friendlessness

1So I returned, and considered all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold the tears of such as were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter.
2Wherefore I praised the dead which are already dead more than the living which are yet alive.
3Yea, better is he than both they, which hath not yet been, who hath not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.
I hope you all had the best Sabbath!

Life Vs. The World
{Just A Thought}

I always hear people saying how bad & horrible life is. Maybe I'm thinking to much but I think people get life mixed up with the world. In life we have many obsitcles and ups and downs, no doubt. But I think it's the world, the world can be very conflicting with the spirit within us. When I think about life, I think of the Heavenly Father. So to me, life is positive, not negative. But living in this world, is a burden. Many do not know what it is like to live, they have no knowledge of life. Life to them is just a daily routine, everyday is the same. No joy, no smile or laughter, atleast nothing ginuine. Believe me I totally understand. I don't know, I was just sitting up in my bed thinking about that. It kinda bothered me.
I don't know it's just a thought.

Bloggin' For Therapy Series #1: Out With Old And In With The New

Series #1: Out With Old And In With The New

Getting rid of the junk in your life may seem difficult.
As Humans we like to hold on to things that aren't necessarily bad for us but aren't doing us any good either.
There are many ordeals, different problems or issues that we must throw away in order to move on.
For example: many people are struggling to move on from their past, while there might be others that are having issues with finance, unemployment, weight loss or maybe relationship issues.
What ever is your problem, just know that you can overcome it & that not problem can overcome you and nothing is to big for what the Heavenly Father can do in your life.

I would like to inform you that it's not as bad as it may appear to be. I guarantee that you will feel better when you rid yourself from the things that keep you in bondage.

So stop sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself. Make a change in your life!

Spend Time Alone
 ------------

We often find ourselves giving in to the same daily routines which got us into our situation to begin with. By spending quality time with yourself you are able to release your stress which can help you have a better attitude towards your problems. This time alone is also important because it helps you discover you & reminds you of who you use to be before you experienced your current situation. There are many options to finding out what works for you and what you enjoy doing. This is your chance and your excuse to do the things that you have always wished to do. Maybe go for a walk on the beach early in the morning, have fun on your dream vacation! many enjoy cooking, or get a bite to eat during your lunch break, you can even call a day off of work and go to the spa. Another thing that may help with your stress is opening your blinds each morning to let the sun shine through, this is by far one of the best ways to be introduced to a new day, with a positive attitude. Remember what ever you do, make sure it's something that you will enjoy.

What worked for me:
 ------------

Exercising > it really helped to relieve my stress and any other bottled up feelings.
Writing> it is high recommended by therapist etc., even if you're not a pro at writing, it doesn't matter. When you write you not only find out about yourself but it really is therapy and it helps you to get those feeling that were hiding deep inside of you.
Singing> You do not have to be Mahalia Jackson or whitney Houston to be able to sing. It might not be as pleasant but it doesn't matter. When you sing aloud from your heart, emotions come with it and through your emotions you are able to let go of buried issues within yourself.

            What Are You Doing Wrong?
    ------------
Be honest with yourself. You need to have the confidence to stand up to the desires that you have, which aren't doing you any good. If it is finance, cut up your credit cards, sell the expensive items that you never needed before you even bought them & pay off your debt. Whatever your circumstance may be, that you are trying to overcome, the key is to not play the blame game but to acknowledge that you are in charge of you and your own happiness. You are the reason there is clutter and unwanted things in your life and you are the only one who can change your situation. Make the effort to watch & pay close attention to your actions. Write your struggle down on a piece of paper and throw it away, this represents your problems going away. You are able to feel a sense of relief and positive feelings when you relate the paper to your current situation. Write your goal down or cut a picture out of a magazine of what it is that you want to achieve out of life, let this inspire you to get rid of the poison within your life and within yourself. Some people make a dream board, where images are cut out as a reminder of what it is that you may want out of life. It is like a collage of your dreams. Whether it be spirituality, material things and or happiness etc. there is something that you want.

Tell Yourself NO
 ------------

It is essential that you tell yourself the two letter word, NO. By telling yourself this, you are able to stay determined and remember what you are trying to overcome. Always have something there like a substitute to remind yourself NOT to give in. A good substitute would be a note to yourself. Keep one in the bathroom in the morning, so it's the first thing you see. & repeat what you wrote down to yourself over and over again, until you feel confident.
I know, I know, your thinking 'your making it sound easier than it actually is,' well, that's simply untrue. If you constantly tell yourself discouraging words, then how can you expect a positive result to be birthed out of something negative? It just won't happen. That's is why you must understand the importance & power of your words and of your thoughts, you discourage yourself unknowingly when you speak and think negatively about yourself. You must change your thinking and tell yourself NO, so when words like this come to mind, they won't affect you, this is a way to move forward. Keep your eyes on the prize!

Example of the NO:
 ------------

- Example, if you are trying to lose weight and you are about to walk past a fast food restaurant, simply take a low calorie, tasty snack with you on your run, like a yogurt or a breakfast bar. This will help you keep your mind on your goal. When you get used to doing this, sometime down the line you will be able to overcome that urge wen it arises again. GET MAD & BEAT THE URGE, FIGHT BACK!

Writing this blog is a way for me to get rid of the stress & clutter within myself & in my life as well.
This is my therapy.
& it wasn't until yesterday that I realized that I haven't written in my journals for a long time.
Not written was apart of the problem that I have been having lately.
Writing is one of my reliefs and escapes, I learn about myself
& discover the feelings that i've hid from myself.
I prefer to write opposed to telling someone how i'm feeling
because it is more intimate to me when i'm writing. It is between
the Heavenly Father & Myself.
This is my own escape and no one can pass judgement on me.
One thing that life has taught me in my short 19 years of life,
is that you shouldn't assume that you know someone or think you may have them figured out
because really you do not know, like you think you know.
Maybe that will be my blog motto!
So this is something that I do for me!
While learning about myself, I hope to help someone else in the process.
